Omega PO Crown Problems-2167 -

I went to set the date on my Planet Ocean and I noticed the crown was slipping. Sometimes it would catch and change the number but more often than not it would just rotate without changing the date. Any suggestions what it might be?

I'm hoping someone can recommend a good place that I can take it/ship to and how much something like this could cost.

My warranty card does not have a date on it but it has 2011 printed on it so I'm not sure if I can use the warranty or not. I bought the watch several years ego. I've contacted the AD that sold it (someone who was recommended here) to see what are my options.

Other than this issue, I've never had any other problems and I love this watch. I'm already dreading the turnaround time if I have to send it in to Omega :(
