if you have another auto that works fine, there was likely something wrong with it. one of my previous AT's had issues with the auto winding system as well. would find it stopped on my winder. hand winding system worked fine with almost 50 hours pr. to bad i didn't buy/want a manual watch watch =).. it was fixed under warranty and ran great afterward.

hopefully they'll get it back to you soon and repaired properly. don't be surprised if it takes a while longer. 10 weeks is not unheard of. my guess is 2-3 more weeks.
